Support and safety

Contact RobinSmith support safely

Find RobinSmith support channels and learn what information to include without exposing your wallet seed phrase or private key.

Before contacting support

  • Copy the transaction hash, wallet public address, contract address, and exact error message.
  • State which RobinSmith page and action produced the problem.
  • Confirm the connected network is Robinhood Chain and that the wallet has native ETH for gas.
  • Check whether the transaction is pending, confirmed, or reverted in the block explorer.

Never share wallet secrets

RobinSmith support will never need your seed phrase, private key, password, or an unrestricted token approval. Anyone requesting those details is attempting to take control of your wallet.

Support cannot reverse blockchain transactions

Support can explain contract state and interface behavior, but it cannot cancel a confirmed transaction, recover a lost private key, or override a smart contract.

Use official channels only

Use the Contact Support button in the RobinSmith sidebar or the social links published on the official RobinSmith website. Ignore unsolicited direct messages claiming to be support.
